New Oregon State Beavers assistant coach Ryan Gipson

The great thing about baseball, according to Ryan Gipson, is that if you work hard enough and carry a passion for the sport, opportunities will undeniably come your way.

It was that way during his decorated playing career, and it’s been the same as he continues a second career in baseball as a coach.

Spring Season Dates

Middle School Baseball tryouts are at 1:00 on February 23rd at Anhorn Field. For more information contact Coach Campbell at jay.campbell@district6.org.

High school preseason workouts are underway. Pitchers and catchers are working Mondays and Wednesdays at Scenic Middle School from 6 to 7:15 p.m.. Fielders are meeting on the Crater football field from 4 to 5:15 on Tuesdays for defensive work, and hitters are meeting in the cages from 4-5:15 on Thursdays.
